Common questions

I'm not getting SMS verification codes.

Make sure you entered the number including country code (e.g. +1 for US numbers). Carrier delays of 30–60 seconds are common. If a code never arrives, tap "Resend code" on the verify screen, or reach out to support@bullseyealerts.com.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

Open Settings → Notifications → Bullseye Alerts on your device and confirm Allow Notifications is on. Inside the app, check Profile → Notifications and make sure your alert categories are enabled.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app. Your subscriber row, hashed password, push tokens, and notification preferences will be removed. You can also email support@bullseyealerts.com to request deletion.

Where does the market data come from?

It depends on the feature. The trend scanner uses US-equity IEX bars from Alpaca Markets, which are delayed by approximately 15 minutes. The Top Movers list (gainers / losers / most-active) is built from Webull's public gainers/losers feed first, with Yahoo Finance used as a fallback if Webull is unavailable. Availability and latency depend on the upstream provider and the current trading session. Bullseye Alerts is for education and watch-list ideas — not personalized investment advice, and we do not guarantee any trading result.
